As a Newspaper Production Team Lead

Lead the final stage of newspaper production, ensuring every page meets strict quality and deadline standards before going to press. Your decisions directly impact large-scale publishing operations and distribution outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven media or publishing environments
• Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape
• Experience working with Australian or international teams

As a Prepress Operator

Operate at the final checkpoint of production, ensuring accuracy in layouts, pagination, and print readiness across multiple titles in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a deadline-driven newspaper production environment
• Experience with print fulfillment systems (pagination, press impositions)
• Deep understanding of Australian media

As a Print Services Administrator

Coordinate production workflows and ensure seamless execution of print operations while maintaining strict timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in newspaper or print production environments
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (GSuite) and Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of print/media production workflows

As a Print Media Designer

Create and refine advertising visuals, ensuring all creative outputs meet press standards and align with brand and publication requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in ad build or image production (print/media/advertising)
• Experience in newspaper, magazine, or catalogue production
• Background in graphic design, print production, or related field
• Knowledge in prepress, color management, or print technology is a plus

As a Multimedia Production Designer (Print, Digital & Motion)

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in multimedia or production design
